Truffle Bruschettas

Truffle bruschettas are easy to prepare and ideal as appetizers or for aperitifs. Very refined and yet tasty, truffle bruschettas have truffle as main ingredient which is a wood product with an intense flavor and a penetrating smell, appreciated by everyone. Truffles are used grated or in flakes in various recipes to give the dish an extra elegant and fragrant touch: it can be a pasta recipe, or a risotto but it goes will also on vegetables and meat.

  • 100 gr. Truffle
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Homemade or rustic bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic. Lightly sautè the garlic and remove it. Add the grated truffle and let it just warm up. Then pour on thinly sliced homemade bread which you have previously slightly shredded.
