The roasted duck is an ideal recipe to prepare for a special occasion, a festive lunch. You need to season it starting ahead and leaving it to rest for the whole overnight. Cook it around 3 hours until it is crispy.

- A medium duck
- Sliced bacon
- Sage leaves
Clean and wash the duck accurately. Stuff it with a mix of bacon, garlic and Salt
Rub the duck all over with crushed garlic and leave to rest overnight.
The day after put it into the over and cook. Serve with roasted potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into pieces and sauted in olive oil with garlic and sage leaves and salt them when they are almost ready.
