Are you organizing a drink with friends? If so, try these delicious tarts! Easy to prepare, fast, just a few ingredients and you’ll get an appealing and tasty fingerfood. You can also use different ingredients to replace the Speck ham, making them with zucchini, or in a sweet version, with honey and nuts.

Prep. time: 20 minutes
- 4 eggs
- 200 gr. mascarpone (light)
- 4 speck – sliced
- 1 sprinkling of parmesan cheese
- 1 dash of milk
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of baking soda
Chop finely the speck.
Beat the eggs, add the mascarpone cheese, the Speck ham, Parmesan cheese, salt, nutmeg. Then stir and add a little milk if needed, and finally the pinch of baking soda.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Distribute the mixture into a pre-oiled mould for cookies or muffins.
Bake for 15 minutes at 170° C, till they turn out golden.
Serve hot or cold, at your pleasure.
