You do not need much time to prepare chicken meat with beer sauce recipe! Cooking with beer is one of the most delicious and flavorful ways of food preparation, giving the chicken meat an intense taste. Use preferably a lager to make this tasty chicken meat with beer sauce.

- 6 chicken thighs
- 1 lager from 33 cl
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juniper berries
- Salt and pepper
Flour the chicken thighs and put them in a pan with a clove of garlic, you will previously have slightly fried. Add the rosemary and juniper berries.
Cook chicken thighs until they are brown on all sides. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Add beer and cover. Cook for 30 minutes, turning the thighs.
When you are just finishing cooking, remove the cover and let the sauce thicken.
Serve hot with potatoes.
