Tip: instead of using white flour, try the rice flour, lighter and suitable also for people with gluten intolerance.

- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- juice of 1 lemon
In a flat plate put the flour and add salt as desired. Mix into the flour.
Put the butter in a large non-stick skillet.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.
Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices type scallops, flour them and put them in the skillet with hot butter. Cook about 5 minutes each side.
After cooking, pour the lemon juice directly on chicken breasts and let it fade until the sauce will not be denser. Add salt to taste.
Remove the chicken breasts from heat, arrange on a platter and serve warm topped by lemon sauce.
