You will appreciate this simple, yummy and natural Italian apple tart, which is very simple to make and you can prepare it at the very last minute. The special caramel flavour makes this cake delicious and once you have tried it, you will keep on doing it regularly for your family, friends and guests.

- 5 apples peeled and cored
- 12 oz sugar
- 4 oz butter
- 2 eggs
- half glass milk
- 6 level tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Chose high quality apples, which are sweet. Peel, core and slice the five apples very thinly. Put them in bowl adding some sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.
Blend the eggs, milk and sugar. Mix them tougher and add the flour, the previously melted butter, the baking powder and finally the sliced apples.
Put it in a buttered baking dish and coke for around an hour (50 minutes will be ok depending on you oven) at 330 F. Serve hot after letting the apple tart rest for some minutes.
