The Falorni Butcher Shop is located in the hearth of the Chianti Classico area, between Florence and Siena. The Falorni’s strategy is based on the quality and passion for their work, and their food and wines are all sourced from local producers. For nearly 20 years they have own a private stock farm of wild pigs, established in order to preserve the Cinta Senese breed from extinction, and later crossed with the English Large White pigs, originating the Grigio stock, whose flesh is particularly tender and tasty.

The menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes, including cold platters of salami and cheeses, Tuscan toasted bread with extra virgin olive oils, soups, meat bites and traditional regional desserts.
