Taste 2018, Italian food style

From Saturday 10 to Monday 12 March 2017, TASTE 2018, – the Pitti Immagine’s event dedicated to the excellence of food and Italian lifestyle – will be held at the Stazione Leopolda, in Florence. For a single week a year, Pitti Taste will be Florence and Florence will be Pitti Taste. Taste is the Italian fair dedicated to good eating and good living attended by the top figures in the international gastronomic and catering trade as well as an increasingly growing public of passionate foodies. 

Born from the collaboration of Pitti Immagine with Davide Paolini, – journalist, gastronomist, Italian radio host, also known as the gastronaut -, TASTE is a journey through food, wine, objects and ideas.

At the 13rd edition, a wide range of products of the hundreds of companies that are coming from all over Italy will be exhibited. Moreover at TASTE 2018 all the visitors will have the chance to discover the many dimensions in which today taste is expressed and experienced: between tradition and innovation, trend and lifestyle, equipment and professional techniques, food & kitchen design. At the end of the route, there will be a special space – the Taste Shop – where to buy the products on display.Taste is a meeting place both for international operators of the high gastronomy, but it is also addressed to the passionate and ample public of foodies, who will have the opportunity to make a journey through new tastes, senses, tradition and innovation related to delicious food Italian.
There will be three intense days of work for the participating companies, with a large audience of professionals and gourmand enthusiasts who will arrive in Florence for the occasion, all in an atmosphere of great vivacity and surprise, for the many news and the discovery of new products.
