Third star for chef Andrea Ribaldone who has already obtained two, one in 2003, attributed to the restaurant La Fermata, and one in 2015 for I Due Buoi, both located in Alessandria, Italy.

The new restaurant of Andrea Ribaldone is located in La Morra, in the province of Cuneo, right in the heart of the vineyards, where the Barolo DOCG Arborina cru is produced, and was opened in March 2017.
The restaurant is contiguous to the Relais Arborina, a small and precious hotel with a magnificent viewpoint overlooking the Barolo hills, this year linked to the Châteaux & Hôtels Collection. It offers 30 seats for the gourmet restaurant, with open kitchen, with a magnificent terrace overlooking the Barolo vineyards, called Bar & Grill Terrace.
Resident chefs are Umberto Del Nobile, Massimiliano Alajmo and Valeria Piccini. Marco Mannori, a collaborator of Andrea Ribaldone, is dedicated to the starters and the first courses, while Daniel Zeilinga is focused on preparing the main courses and hot starters. In the room there is Davide Canina, maître and sommelier. Salvatore Iandolino is the general manager and partner of the chef Andrea Ribaldone in the ARCO restaurant management company.
