The Particulare Restaurant of Siena on Friday 2 March, twill host a ‘starry’ dinner with the chefs Daniel Calosci, Katia Maccari, Augusto Valzelli, Emanuele Donalisio and Giancarlo Maistrello. The creative proposals will celebrate the Riso Acquerello aged 7 years in combination with Barone Ricasoli best wines.
A starry dinner to ‘taste’ all the nuances of rice. A new appointment of the cycle “The Dreams of the Particular: Five shades of Acquerello”, scheduled for Friday, March 2 at the Particular Restaurant in Siena, Italy. The gourmet evening will celebrate a Made in Italy excellence, the Riso Acquerello, through the unpublished creations proposed by the chef Daniel Calosci and by starred chefs Katia Maccari, Augusto Valzelli and Emanuele Donalisio, who are leader players among young restaurateurs of Europe. Giancalo Maistrello awarded with PanettoneDay 2017 Prize will pair the dishes with his innovative breadsticks and waffles. Piero Rondolino, patron of Riso Acquerello, will be the special guest of this soirée. Riso Acquerello is cultivated in the fields of the Colombara Estate in Livorno Ferraris, in the heart of the province of Vercelli, in Piedmont.
The menu will focus on the unique taste of the Riserva Acquerello aged 7 years. From the rice wafer to the cuttlefish ink by Emanuele Donalisio, chef from Ventimiglia, who is one of only 4 Italian “new entries” of the exclusive association Jeunes Restaurateur d’Europe up to the risotto proposed by Augusto Valzelli, born in 1991, who in November 2015 was appointed as the youngest starred chef in Europe, passing through the rabbit karkadè and roots of Daniele Calosci, chef of the Particular Restaurant of Siena. Katia Maccari, starred chef and famous for her participation in Rai Uno’s ‘Prova del cuoco’, will present her rice cake with passion fruit ice cream and milk chocolate with rum cream.
